- By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
- The competition is being run by VenuesWest, PO Box 581, Floreat, Western Australia, 6014 (“VenuesWest”).
- “Dolphins v Knights NRL WA Junior Promo” commences at 10am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on Wednesday 28 May 2025.
- The closing time for entering the competition is 8pm AWST on Saturday 21 June 2025.
- Entry is open to residents of Western Australia.
- To be eligible, entrants must meet the specific entry criteria applicable to each prize offer.
- Entry to the competition is conditional on the purchase of a Junior ticket to the Dolphins v Knights match at HBF Park on Saturday 21 June 2025 via a participating club’s dedicated Ticketmaster link. The ticket price is set by the event organiser. Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with purchasing tickets and accessing the competition (including internet access or other expenses).
- Multiple entries will be deemed invalid.
- Staff employed by VenuesWest or NRL WA and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
- There will be three prizes with different entry criteria. Criteria are as followed:
a) All clubs that purchase 100 or more tickets via their dedicated Ticketmaster link before 13 June 2025 will receive:
i) 2x tickets to the Dolphins v Knights match at HBF Park on Saturday 21 June 2025; and
ii) 'Money Can’t Buy' game day experience for the nominated club administrator.
b) The club with the highest number of scanned tickets at the game, which were purchased via the clubs dedicated link (minimum 100) will win:
i) 2x Tickets to the NRL Grand Final on Sunday 5 October 2025;
ii) 2x Return economy flights for 2 from Perth to Sydney (Travel itinerary TBC)
iii) Twin-share accommodation (Travel itinerary TBC)
If multiple clubs have equal attendance, the winner will be drawn at random from those clubs.
c) All individuals who purchase a ticket via their club’s dedicated link and scan it on game day will enter the draw to win:
i) 2 x tickets to an event of their choice (subject to availability) at Optus Stadium, RAC Arena, HBF Park or Perth High Performance Centre between 1 July and 31 December 2025; and
ii) $100 food and beverage voucher redeemable at the venue.
13. The winners must contact the VenuesWest marketing team at VenuesWest via sponsorship@venueswest.wa.gov.au to redeem their prizes no later than 31/07/2025.
14. All prizes offered under this competition are not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the chosen prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
15. Flights and accommodation are provided strictly as outlined in the relevant itinerary and are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the travel provider(s). These arrangements are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be altered, upgraded, or exchanged at the expense of VenuesWest.
16. Any changes to travel arrangements (including but not limited to flight dates, times, accommodation, or passenger names) requested by the traveller are the sole responsibility of the traveller. VenuesWest will not be liable for any fees, penalties, or costs associated with such changes, including those arising from cancellations, rebookings, or failure to meet travel provider terms.
17. VenuesWest is not responsible for any additional or incidental costs incurred by the traveller, including but not limited to:
Airport transfers
Travel insurance
Meals and beverages
Baggage fees
Local transport
Personal expenses
18. It is strongly recommended that travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss or theft of belongings. VenuesWest accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during travel.
19. VenuesWest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, war, or government actions.
20. The traveller acknowledges and accepts that travel involves inherent risks, and participates voluntarily, fully assuming all risks associated with travel. VenuesWest will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with travel provided under these terms.
21. The prize winner will be contacted by a representative from HBF Park by 3:00pm AWST on Friday, 27 June 2025.
22. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within two (2) days of being notified, A redraw will be conducted using the same entry pool and selection method.
23. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
24. The prize winner, or if under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian, must provide photographic ID (drivers licence, birth certificate or current passport) when collecting the prize.
25. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize, including any travel to and from the prize collection location.
26. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years, or, if under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
27. By entering the competition, the prize winner’s grant VenuesWest permission to use their full name and image for promotional purposes on its website and social channels.
Liability and Indemnity
28. VenuesWest is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
29. VenuesWest accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
30. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
31. VenuesWest's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
32. Personal information provided by an entrant to VenuesWest for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with VenuesWest’s Privacy Statement, which outlines how long your information may be stored. A copy of the privacy statement is available at http://www.venueswest.wa.gov.au/privacy/. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the VenuesWest’s privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
33. VenuesWest reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
