Dolphins v Knights | Perth Bears Q&A Meet & Greet
1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
4. The competition is being run by VenuesWest, PO Box 581, Floreat, Western Australia, 6014 (“VenuesWest”).
5. “Dolphins v Knights Perth Bears Q&A Meet & Greet” commences at 9am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on Tuesday 10th June 2025.
6. The closing time for entering the competition is 11.59pm AWST on Wednesday 18th of June 2025.
7. Entry to the competition is conditional on the purchase of a ticket to the Dolphins v Knights match at HBF Park on Saturday 21 June 2025 via Ticketmaster. The ticket price is set by the event organiser. Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with purchasing tickets and accessing the competition (including internet access or other expenses).
8. Staff employed by VenuesWest and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
9. Amount of prizes available will be determined by the promoter. The prize includes:
a) An exclusive money cant buy opportunity to meet the Q&A panel at HBF Park on Saturday 21 June 2025.
10. The prize winner will be contacted by a representative from HBF Park by 3:00pm AWST on Thursday, 19 June 2025.
11. The winners must respond to the HBF Park representative via sponsorship@venueswest.wa.gov.au to redeem their prizes no later than Friday, 20 June 2025.
12. All prizes offered under this competition are not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the chosen prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
13. VenuesWest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, war, or government actions.
14. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within two (2) days of being notified, A redraw will be conducted using the same entry pool and selection method.
15. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
16. The prize winner, or if under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian, must provide photographic ID (drivers licence, birth certificate or current passport) when collecting the prize.
17. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize, including any travel to and from the prize collection location.
18. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years, or, if under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
19. By entering the competition, the prize winner’s grant VenuesWest permission to use their full name and image for promotional purposes on its website and social channels.
Liability and Indemnity
20. VenuesWest is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
21. VenuesWest accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
22. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
23. VenuesWest's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
24. Personal information provided by an entrant to VenuesWest for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with VenuesWest’s Privacy Statement, which outlines how long your information may be stored. A copy of the privacy statement is available at http://www.venueswest.wa.gov.au/privacy/. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the VenuesWest’s privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
25. VenuesWest reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
