Buying Tickets

Only buy your tickets through Ticketmaster- the official ticketing partner for all HBF Park events. Tickets from unauthorised sources may not be valid and could result in denied entry. Don’t risk it, stick with the real deal.

Ticket Collection

Most tickets can be accessed electronically via your Ticketmaster account, app or email. If you need to collect physical tickets, head to one of the three Box Offices located around the perimeter of HBF Park at Gates 1, 3 and 4. Bring your proof of purchase, and our staff will assist you.

Ready to enter? Just have your ticket ready, either a printed copy or the barcode on your mobile device, and our staff will scan you in quickly and easily. Easily manage and find your tickets in the Ticketmaster app.

Ticket Resale

Can’t make it to the event? No worries, if resale is available for your event, you can safely sell your ticket through your Ticketmaster account, either through the Ticketmaster app or website. This is the only trusted and supported resale method. Avoid third-party sites to protect your ticket and your money.

Accessible seating at HBF Park

Accessible Tickets

HBF Park is dedicated to providing an environment where everyone can enjoy their event whilst feeling safe and secure. Accessible seating tickets can be purchased through the seating map on a Ticketmaster event, by calling Ticketmaster on 1300 446 925, or at the venue pending availability. Companion Cards are accepted for all HBF Park events.

Ticketing Conditions

HBF Park maintains a series of Conditions of Entry that patrons must follow in order to be granted access to the event they purchased tickets to, and Ticketmaster holds a purchase policy that must be abided by in order for the purchased tickets to remain valid. Before purchasing tickets to an event at HBF Park, take some time to read over these conditions to make sure attending your event is a smooth and enjoyable experience.

More Helpful Ticketing FAQ's

  • Where possible we will always try to assist with relocates, please contact Ticketmaster prior to the event or head to one of the ticket boxes prior to entering the venue.
  • No, you must only sit in the seat as indicated in your ticket.
  • Yes, you can transfer digital tickets through the Ticketmaster app. More information can be found on the Ticketmaster website.
  • No, the account holder must be present to collect tickets.
  • Yes, our Ticketbox staff at the venue will be able to assist you.
